This is the first set of Lunar New Year Greeting Cards issued by Hongkong Post. The Greeting Cards that convey warm Lunar New Year festive wishes are designed by Mr. George TANG. They are environmentally friendly in that they obviate the need for postage stamp and envelopes. They can be folded and sealed at the edges, hence providing enough space for writing messages and yet ensuring privacy. The Greeting Cards, prepaid in airmail postage denominations, are sold in sets of 6 cards and at $30 per set at all philatelic offices. |
